Privacy Policy

This policy describes how IZionAI handles information collected through IZionAI Core and related services.

Effective July 26, 2026
IZionAI
California, USA

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (account details such as name, email, business name, phone number), information your team enters into the platform (contacts, leads, appointments, messages, call transcripts, business content), and technical information generated by using the service (log data, device and browser identifiers, IP addresses, timestamps, and product usage events).

When the AI Receptionist answers a call, we process the audio, generate a transcript, and store call metadata, transcripts, and post-call summaries associated with your workspace.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
  • To answer, route, summarize, and analyze calls, messages, and appointments on your behalf.
  • To generate business analytics and recommendations within your workspace.
  • To provide customer support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Isolation

Business data belongs to your workspace. We enforce row-level security so that one customer workspace cannot read or modify another workspace's data. Platform administrators may access limited data as required to operate the service, provide support, or investigate abuse.

4. Sharing With Service Providers

We share information with vetted service providers that help us run the platform, including cloud hosting, telephony, speech-to-text, AI model inference, calendar sync, email delivery, error monitoring, and payment processing. These providers process data on our instructions and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

5. AI Processing

The AI Receptionist and AI Business Operator send relevant workspace context to AI model providers to generate responses, transcripts, summaries, and suggested actions. We do not sell your business data, and we do not authorize our AI providers to train their public models on your workspace data.

6. Retention

We retain workspace data for as long as the workspace is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations. You can request deletion of your workspace by contacting izion0718@gmail.com.

7. Your Choices

  • Access, correct, export, or delete workspace data on request.
  • Disable the AI Receptionist, call recording, or specific integrations at any time from your workspace settings.
  • Opt out of non-essential email or SMS communications.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for the primary database, authenticated access, role-based permissions, audit logging on sensitive actions, and regular platform security review.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. International Users

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service you consent to this processing.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version's effective date appears at the top of this page.
